Unlike many functional health practices, we don’t believe in overwhelming you with unnecessary supplements or upselling treatments. Instead, we focus on evidence-based care and creating personalized plans prioritizing your unique needs, goals, and overall well-being.

We operate on a membership-based model and do not accept insurance for our services. This allows us to provide the personalized, direct care you deserve without the restrictions of traditional insurance-based practices. However, some members also use FSA/HSA dollars for their memberships and medications.
For the best prescription pricing, we recommend utilizing platforms like GoodRx, as medications often cost less than going through insurance.

No, a membership is not required to see our providers. We do offer select packages that are available to non-members. Please note that purchasing a package or individual services does not opt you into Verve Member perks, such as discounted services, monthly visits, messaging access, or exclusive events.

We understand that circumstances change. You can cancel your membership at any time after the initial 3-month commitment. However, any services rendered after cancellation will be charged at the standard list price.

While our Nurse Practitioners are highly trained and qualified, Verve Health specializes in integrative and functional medicine. We strongly recommend maintaining a primary care provider for acute care needs, annual physicals, and urgent issues that may require same-day appointments.

Your primary mode of communication with our team is through our secure email and text messages, where you can send messages or ask questions. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours during business hours. A secure portal is currently being developed.
We recommend visiting an urgent care center or emergency room for urgent medical issues.
